Refund & Return Policy – BestBuddies Pets Shop

At BestBuddies Pets Shop, customer satisfaction and pet safety are our top priorities. Please review the following return and refund terms before making a purchase.


Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy. You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@bestbuddies.ae to initiate a return request. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return label if needed.

Returns can be:

  • Dropped off at our store location
  • Collected via courier for a fee of 25 AED (within UAE only)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used pet clothes, blankets, or accessories
  • Opened or partially used food, treats, or grooming products
  • Chew toys and enrichment items that show use
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Items that have been altered or tampered with

We strictly follow these policies to ensure the health and safety of all pets.

Livestock (Pets)

While most pet shops in the UAE do not allow returns or refunds on live animals, BestBuddies offers a 1-day return or refund option for livestock (small pets or fish), provided all care instructions were followed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process first. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement product.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
